i wanna get a cheap working breadbin for that taxxan monitor, to run the BBS in the future, since i have my non answer-capable c4ever wimodem and another sdiec interface from TFW8B, and then be able to use my 128 as a 128 and for gaming in 64 mode when i want to without taking down the BBS. Now that I actually have a BBS, that is. I want to get BBSing from an 80 column terminal on that thing, and enjoy not having to pull out my FL cartridge to use my 128 in its native and already faster mode. Although I guess ill have to take off the up9600 hack if i want to use it in native mode with burst mode on the 1571. I read there was even a version of Color64 made for the 128 but never got very far with support and longevity. Bummer. What’s the best c128 terminal ?

I know there is a C128 version included in the 8.0 software - but I haven’t played with it much and it doesn’t have the 8.1 updates.
I don’t recall which ones I used back in my heyday of C128 use. Desterm maybe? I know there is a CGTERM version available for C128 - and I’m always a fan of CGTERM. Looks like version 5.17 is the latest?
